There will be assistance provided for members with the Smart Club Cloud setup on Tuesday 12th and Thursday 14th June between 7:30pm and 8:30pm. To avail of it please show up on the night. Please bring your emails containing your username and password with you and if you will be setting up on a phone, tablet or laptop please bring them as well.
As per emails please see below for further information on the Smart Club Cloud roll-out.
From Monday the 21st of May the roll-out will begin. You will receive 2 emails, one containing your username and one containing your password. Your username will be in the format firstname.surname,membership ID. An example would be if your name is Joe Bloggs and your membership ID is 1234 your username will be Joe.Bloggs.1234. Your password will be generated randomly and can be changed.
There will be 8 categories as follows:
- Club General – General news about the club such as for example court updates, club development updates, request for help/volunteers, teams in league playoffs/finals, staff recruitment and retirement etc.
- Senior Competitions and League – Notifications about upcoming senior competitive events (note that as juniors over the age of 14 qualify for league this may also be appropriate for parents of juniors)
- Senior Coaching – Opportunities for club coaching and league training for senior or student members
- Social events – Upcoming social events in the club and club related events held outside the club
- Miscellaneous Senior News – Anything that falls outside the above categories
- Junior Competitions and League – Notifications about upcoming junior competitive events
- Junior coaching – Opportunities for club coaching and training for Junior members
- Miscellaneous Junior News – Anything junior related not covered by the above
You may opt into any of these – by default you are opted out (as per the GDPR).
Please be aware that if you do not complete the Smart Cloud registration process we will no longer be able to send you emails (with the exception of membership renewal and AGM emails, per club rules).

Summer League sign up for 2018 has started. We need to inform the DLTC how many teams we are entering by the 6th of March, meaning we will probably need to make the decision by the 5th of March, we are launching the sign up now. Last year we entered 6 men’s and 9 ladies teams.
To enter either signup on the notice board or email email@example.com. Please state your preference for singles or doubles and your contact number.
In order to be eligible to play league players must be either a senior or student member of Naas LTC. Junior members who have reached the age of 14 by the 31st of December 2017 are also eligible, juniors who reached the age of 13 by this date may play class 1 or premier.
Each team consists of 7 players 3 of whom play singles and 4 play as 2 doubles pairings. The league starts on May 11th and the finals are on June the 30th. Matches will be home or away.
Men’s matches may be played Friday evening at 19:30 and Saturdays at 14:00 or 15:30. Some playoff matches may be played Wednesday evenings in June.
Ladies matches may be played Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings at 19:00, 19:30 and 20:15 with some playoff matches on Saturday mornings in June.
The first 5 weeks will be round robin matches with the playoffs afterwards for the top two teams in each group.
This years AGM will be held in the clubhouse at 7:45 on Thursday the 22nd of February. Hope to see you all there.

KIDZ classes is BACK
This is a kid’s class aimed at 4 to 5-year-old kids which is supervised by our amazing Kasia Dudek which aims to get kids doing some fundamental coordination activities which is transferable across a wide range of sports. Due to the danger associated with the approaching tropical storm Ophelia we have had to make the reluctant decision to drop the dome. All dome bookings for Monday and Tuesday have now been cancelled, all bookings from Wednesday on have been left in place but we may need to cancel these too depending on conditions. The dome will be down until at least Tuesday evening, please keep an eye on Facebook and the website for further updates.
