Fitness classes starting September 28th

A new junior tennis programme designed to:
Educate, Inspire and Transform.

Run by fitness expert Dave O’Connell the programme objectives are:

1.Areobic – to increase aerobic fitness

2.An-aerobic – to increase an-aerobic fitness

3.Agility – to develop speed, coordination, reaction time, balance, strength, power and flexibility.


Times & Fees

Classes begin Friday 28th September and run for 6 weeks.

Class 1
*Time: 5.45pm – 6.45pm
*Age: 8 -10 years
*Places: strictly limited to 16 places
*Kids must stick to their age as the programme for the older kids will be different than the younger kids
*Price: €35.00

Class 2
*Time: 6.45pm – 7.45pm
*Age: 11+
*Places: strictly limited to 16 places
*Kids must stick to their age as the programme for the older kids will be different than the younger kids
